McGill Residence
With running out of room in this victorian mixed use dwelling, the owner and a practitioner of naturopathic medicine, is looking for a breathing space in this 3rd storey renovation.
With careful 'incision' to join new with an existing, the attic transforms into a loft style retreat incorporating clean and contemporary lines to give it a desired sexy, dynamic and cool, yet contemplative and holistic character.
With minor renovation to the existing bedroom, the new addition features open concept living space with area for entertaining, yoga, fireplace, bathroom, balcony and open claw foot bathtub.
The project is currently on hold.
