This project is ready for a building permit issue. A 1200 sq. ft. addition to the primary victorian style dwelling boasts contemporary lines and sleek open concept interior. Its monolithic shape opens up views to outdoors and lets natural light filter through to an upper loft and double height living/kitchen/dining space below.
